HOW TO HITCHHIKE

Last week we were talking we a friend recently moved here in Bulgaria.

He was telling us about his dream to travel around Bulgaria to see this country in all its beauty and his troubles in finding a cheap and fast way to reach his goal.

We looked each other and said: “easy man, hitchhike!”.

If you come from a european country probably you’ve been told to not try, ever, to hitchhike. Probably in your country it’s illegal! But here in Bulgaria is the answer to all your travel needs! People are very friendly and ready to help travellers in need for a drive, and for free!

But mind! don’t try to hitchhike during the night! Darkness and mistrust are friends world wide!
